You, the purchaser, selects the product that you want to purchase. All software is available as a software download, and for an optional additional fee, you can get a CD backup of the software deliverd by postal mail.
- Payment
Your payment will be processed by our payment processor, Google Checkout. We do not receive full details for the credit or debit card that you have used. Secure SSL technology is used to protect your sensitive data on the internet.
Completion of the Google Checkout process constitutes the creation of a contract, between you and us the distributer of the software.
- Guarantee
The software is guaranteed for 3 months.
If you find a defect with the software, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to respond to you within 2 working days whenever possible.
We do not guarantee that the software is free from bugs. We do not provide any guarantee for any damages caused by using our software.
- Partial validity
If one or more items in these terms and conditions are found to be invalid in accordance with the law, then the rest of the terms of this contract will stay intact.
